Information collected

The founding application can collect contact details, company/project information, participation track, testing experience, product-testing needs, business-operating needs, campaign source, referral code, and optional marketing consent.

How it is used

Information is used to evaluate applications, match participants to programs, operate beta tests, communicate about applications, measure campaign performance, and improve AIAutoTester.

Storage

This v2.4 package stores marketing applications in a server-side JSONL intake log, Network OS records in a server-side JSON database, and autonomous test evidence in server-side evidence files. Production deployments should move operational records to PostgreSQL or another managed database and add encrypted backups, access controls, retention rules, and monitoring appropriate to the expected scale.

Third parties

If a deployment enables the optional lead webhook, application data can be sent to the configured CRM or automation endpoint. Production disclosures should identify the actual services used.

Marketing

Marketing updates should be sent only where the applicant has opted in or another lawful basis applies, with a working opt-out mechanism.

Security

No online service is perfectly secure. Production deployment should use HTTPS, a strong admin token, server access controls, patched dependencies, backups, monitoring, and minimal data collection.
